To coincide with the film release, a beautiful deluxe offer, pictured below, was developed and will be ready to ship the week of April 27. We wanted to take a moment to highlight how impressive this product is. The artwork was a collaboration between long-time NIN art director Rob Sheridan and amazing movie poster designer Neil Kellerhouse.
So, I actually remembered a Best Buy gift card that I had somehow forgotten, so I went out and bought The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, haha.
This is a crappy picture of the part that Rob’s in :P (he might be in other parts too, but so far this is the only one I’ve come across. There are a LOT of special features hahaha) On Location > Sweden > Stockholm Syndrome > about 8 minutes or so in.
The person who pointed this out to Rob, @iceache925, has a somewhat better photo of it.

Argghhhhh I really have to buy this Blu-ray!! I was of course going to anyways, once I can spare the cash, but now there’s even more to look forward to!

in 2011 i had the opportunity to be involved in a unique marketing campaign for david fincher’s the girl with the dragon tattoo. i spent a few days on the set in sweden and los angeles, taking photos of the final days of filming for our production blog mouth taped shut. to help give the blog a more unique and candid feel, and to distinguish from the photos from the official unit photography, i shot primarily with my iPhone, particularly with hipstamatic.
“Just got finished copies of the #DragonTattoo CD package - really happy with how it turned out.” via Rob on pretty much every site he uses :P
But oh god it looks great and I can’t wait to get mine!
